The agent in charge of renting my apartment, Patricia Ramirez, was great. She was knowledgeable about the property, respectful, and patient throughout the process. Very helpful and on top of any questions or concerns that I had. My only complaint with the renting process was that the apartment was not as clean as I had hoped it would be and I should have checked it more thoroughly prior to signing the lease and moving in. The bathroom shower tiles beneath the window sill were caked in a thick black dirt substance, the vanity door was broken, and both sink and tub drains were clogged. Also the refrigerator was filthy with food debris and one kitchen cabinet was full of trash. I spent more time and effort cleaning than I had hoped, but in general the experience has been a net positive.
